Homes in Mentone usually range from 1,500 sqft to 2,500 sqft. Inside they have a modern feel, with vaulted ceilings and open great rooms. Mentone homes often have standard finishes, like formica counters, Melamine cabinets, and carpeted floors. They are economical and the neighborhood offers a great location at a reasonable price.

As of 2021 dues are $600 per year, paid quarterly and common area maintenance, such as entry signs, fences, pools and trails.
