A little bit about Blues Creek:
Blues Creek is a quiet neighborhood in northwest Gainesville. Many trees were preserved during construction so the neighborhood has a dense canopy and many hiking trails are nearby. There is a creek running through Blues Creek.
The neighborhood has a private clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts. The homeowner’s association is active, so the neighborhood looks fantastic.
Talbot Elementary is another big plus here, it is a nationally acclaimed elementary school.
There are two sections of Blues Creek.
The main section of Blues Creek has large homes surrounded by trees. The homes are usually 2,000 to 3,000 sqft and often have 4 bedrooms or an extra office. They often have open floor plans with high or vaulted ceilings, large walk-in closets, and luxury master bathrooms. They were built in the 1990′s but there are still a few lots open to build on. They usually range from $250,000 to $450,000
The Gardens area is tucked away in a corner of the neighborhood, these homes are more like smaller detached condos. They look identical from the street but are surprisingly open and bright inside, with large master suites. They are priced between $130,000 and $180,000.
