A Little About Turnberry Lake:

Most residents of Turnberry Lake decided to live here because they wanted more land than they could get inside Gainesville, they enjoy having lake views, and they wanted a home built by G.W.Robinson.

The community center faces the lake and has a large pool. Kids enjoy the playground.

This neighborhood is made up of semi-custom and luxury homes, ranging in price from the $400’s to the $800’s. The homes are built on 1/3 acre to 3/4 acre lots. They are generally very well appointed, with high ceilings, wood floors, granite counters, summer kitchens, and layers of crown molding.
