We’ve had a couple of hiccups since moving into the new house- things we might have wanted to know before hand. Mostly things we were ignorantly unaware of, i.e. asking about a complete irrigation system, making sure yard was completely sodded, etc.

Many of the issues are small, and the lack of insight is probably due to not having worked with the builder before. It is hard to give comprehensive knowledge, but there are a couple of things we missed that might have been some help.

(they are referring to the fact that our agent hadn’t worked with their builder before and had explained to them that there will be a few surprises because she didn’t know exactly how their builder does things.)
