Sales prices climbed steadily in Broadmoor since construction of homes began in the late 1990’s. It is an affordable neighborhood and conveniently located, so it has always been popular and relatively easy to re-sell homes in the area.
There have already been 3 sales in 2009.

The average price per square foot increased over the years, and peaked in 2007 at $139. In 2008 it was hovering at $128/sqft – which is the same as we saw in 2005 before the real estate bubble took off.

One of the best features about The Courtyards is it’s location, because this is one of the most ‘Walkable’ neighborhoods in Gainesville, FL.
