Carol Estates is in the NE side of Gainesville.
This area has many older homes ranging in age from early 1950’s to 1970’s. They range mainly in square foot from just under 1000 to about 2500. Most of these homes are made of concrete block or cinder block. They have a standard ranch style and usually do not have a split bedroom plan.
