Haile Plantation Homes for Sale
There were a handful of home sales in Haile last month, but the area is slowly pushing through it’s inventory.

The homes averaged $159/sqft, but the largest home in Stratford Ridge is skewing that number – it sold for $790,000 ($206/sqft) and is a true luxury home. The other three homes averaged $144/sqft.
That shows price stabilization over previous periods and seems like a very positive sign!
