Wilds Plantation is an attractive subdivision west of Gainesville, but within a short drive to UF and Shands. It attracts the more affluent crowd who want something special in their home and can only find it by taking on the task of building a new home.

Recent Closed Sales
There is one that went under contract recently. It is 3178 square foot heated and cooled. They were asking $596,255. We won’t know the sale price until it is recorded at the court house. It was/will be finished in 2011.
There were four homes that closed since January 1, 2011. They ranged in heated and cooled square foot between 2494 to 4020, they were built between 2004 and 2011, and they were closed out at $358,000 to $653,000. None of these were a “short sale” or a foreclosure.

Wilds Plantation sits to the south west of SW 24th Ave and SW 91st Street. Nearby you will find the Haile Plantation Country Club and shopping centers.
