There are 6 homes listed for sale in the GACAR MLS system. They range in price from $355,000 to $524,900. They are 2452 to 3241 heated and cooled square foot, and they were built between 2005 to 2012.

Recent Closed Sales

There is  one that went under contract recently. It is 3178 square foot heated and cooled. They were asking $596,255. We won’t know the sale price until it is recorded at the court house. It was/will be finished in 2011.

There were four homes that closed since January 1, 2011. They ranged in heated and cooled square foot between 2494 to 4020, they were built between 2004 and 2011, and they were closed out at $358,000 to $653,000.  None of these were a “short sale” or a foreclosure.

Neighborhood Overview

Wilds Plantation sits to the south west of SW 24th Ave and SW 91st Street. Nearby you will find the Haile Plantation Country Club and shopping centers.

The development was established in 2002 with the very first home closing in 2003 at $525,000  for 3,284 sq ft. Approximately 70 homes have been built in Wilds since its conception.

The homes built in Wilds Plantation range is size from about 2,400 sqft of living space to 4,600 sqft.  Sale prices have ranged from $980,000 (for a 4,038 sq ft.home) down to $346,000 (for a 2,452 sqft home).  Construction prices often range from apx $165 to $210 per square foot depending on the builder, floor plan, and finishes you choose.  Of course, with custom luxury homes your imagination is the limit – the highest $/sqft paid in Wilds was $243.
