Biggest Drop
The owners of a home in Haile Plantation (in Stratford Ridge) reduced their asking price by $79,900 last week, and they made the top of our list.
Now offered at $480,000 the 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home was built in 2002. It is a short sale, and the owner’s bank hasn’t approved the asking price yet, so there may be some delays before a buyer could move in.
