174 price changes showed up in the MLS system last week, up from 116 the prior week. (Changes for 7/5/09 – 7/11/09)

3 of the price changes are new condos for sale by G.W. Robinson.
6 of the price drops are for homes being offered as a short sale.
The remaining 16 homes range from a $130k 4/2 in Northwood Pines to a $750k 6/6 bank-owned home in Haile Plantation that has already gone under contract.
The largest price reduction is for MLS 305560 – a 15 acre horse farm in SW Gainesville (11006 SW 89th Street). They reduced their asking price by $100,000 to $575,000.
